Odibets Kenya app: source, help and booking codes
Use the app link reached from Odibets itself, then check what it actually offers on your device. A search-result download button is not evidence that an APK comes from the same publisher or service as your account.
We reviewed the rendered public Odibets website (https://odibets.com/) on 13 September 2026 and confirmed its Kenya App Store listing on 14 September 2026. For iPhone and iPad, the verified listing is linked below. For Android, the operator’s app entry point did not expose a binary or version record during our inspection. This guide documents download sources and account help; we have not installed or tested either app.

The observed footer also provided 0709183680 as its helpline, linked with Kenya’s +254 country code. Recheck the contact on the source page before calling, because contact details can change. We did not contact support or test an account response.
Before downloading an Android file
Follow the app route from the service you intended to use. Compare the final host, publisher information and privacy policy before treating a file as an update. If you already have an app, compare the installed publisher and package with the new release rather than relying on a similar icon.
The site title included a size claim, but we did not measure a downloaded file. We therefore do not publish an APK size, Android minimum or current version as a verified release fact. If the source page does not expose those details to you, do not replace them with a number copied from an unrelated download directory.
A successful download also does not establish that registration, payments or account recovery have been tested. Keep installation evidence separate from the account tasks you want to complete.
What about an iPhone?
On 14 September 2026, we verified the Odibets listing in Kenya’s App Store, which names Odibets as its developer and lists iPhone and iPad support. Open that listing to check the current device requirements and release information. This corrects the limited iOS observation from 13 September; we have not installed or tested the app with a funded account.
An Android APK cannot be installed as an iPhone app. A Safari home-screen shortcut opens the website and is a separate choice from the native App Store release.

App login and password recovery
The operator’s login instructions, checked on 14 September 2026, say to use the registered phone number and password in the app, then select Login. Existing customers should use that account rather than create another account merely because they changed device.
For a forgotten password, the help page directs customers to Forgot Password and an SMS reset code sent to the registered number. Keep the code private. If the app cannot load, first check connectivity and use the website’s help route; a blank screen does not establish that an account or its balance has disappeared. We did not test password recovery or send a reset request.
Booking code versus a bet in your account
The public homepage displayed a booking-code field and a Load betslip control. The control was disabled while the field was empty. We did not enter a code or test the result.
If someone shares a booking code, keep the original message and identify the service it belongs to. Loading a shared selection is not proof that a wager has been placed in your own account. For a bet you already made, start from the account and its My Bets record instead of assuming that a shared code is its transaction identifier.
If a code does not load, note the exact message and the page used. Do not infer a win, loss or refund from a loading error alone. Use the operator help entry point to resolve a record held by that service.
A payment problem needs its own evidence
