The Kenya Odds Research Desk maintains the site’s source and correction rules. Our comparisons are intended for readers choosing among betting services in Kenya; the About page explains the publisher’s role and limits.
Sources and the scope of a check
Our source order is law and regulator records; official payment-provider terms; operator legal documents and cashier evidence; reputable reporting; then promotional material. A lower-level source cannot override a higher-level source without a documented reason.
For a factual claim, retain the exact source URL, the date observed, the entity or domain concerned and what the source actually supports. Publication and effective dates are different. An accessible website is not evidence of a licence; a payment-provider document does not prove that a particular bookmaker accepts a deposit or completes a withdrawal.
The Evidence Register separates dated public-source snapshots from account observations. The Q3 withdrawal records are author-reported reconstructions dated 25 August 2026, with original transaction files unavailable. A reconstructed observation must keep that qualification; it is not a new test or a promise about another account. Unsupported superlatives, guaranteed-income claims and invented results are not acceptable evidence.

Corrections and dates
Send the research desk the page URL, exact statement, date observed and a supporting source. The correction should identify what changed and why, using the strongest relevant evidence available. If the evidence cannot settle the point, the wording should keep that limitation rather than assert a result.
A substantive correction or source revision changes the affected page’s review date. Historical observation dates, dataset versions and reported transaction dates stay attached to their original records. Formatting, template or schema maintenance alone does not mean an account was tested again. This policy’s 20 September 2026 revision clarifies funding and the correction process; it does not record a new operator or payment test.
Please do not send passwords, wallet PINs, one-time codes or unredacted identity or bank documents. Kenya Odds cannot access operator accounts, receive deposits or release balances.
