For a historical evidence record, identify its row, observation date or download version so it can be distinguished from a current claim. The Editorial Policy explains source selection and corrections; the Evidence Register links the published records.

What not to send

Do not send passwords, wallet PINs, one-time codes, full identity documents or unredacted bank statements. We do not need access to a player account to consider an editorial correction.

Kenya Odds cannot access operator accounts, reverse a payment, release a balance or adjudicate a legal dispute. Urgent account or payment issues belong with the operator, bank or payment provider through its independently verified official channel. This address is for editorial submissions, not operator customer support. We cannot guarantee an individual response or outcome.
